Very pretty 6 acre parcel
with about 330 feet of frontage on the Red Lake River in northern
Minnesota. If you've been looking for a great place to relax, camp and fish
then you've just found it. The land is located about 12 miles southeast of
Thief River Falls which is one of the largest cities in northwest
Minnesota.
Set up your tent and fish from your own shoreline. If you can cast well
enough you'll never even have to leave the campsite!
This land is for camping/recreation, hunting and whatever else you can
think of. Building a home or cabin is not possible on this property
as it is located within a 100 year flood zone. This basically means that
the county expects that once every hundred years the river will be high
enough to cover portions of the land. There are several farms and
properties near by which are also in the "100 year flood zone" so it's
possible you will never see water on the land. Even so we will not guarantee you can build your dream home on the property. You can however
have a beautiful waterfront campsite to enjoy for many generations.

We couldn't tell you it's a great place to camp if we didn't test it out!
The property is nicely wooded with many large trees. It is about 330 feet
wide and about 900 feet deep. It is nicely wooded right down to the
shoreline. The property can be accessed via a 40' road easement that runs
over the northern portion of the land. Why pay a premium for a waterfront building lot if you only need a place to camp and hunt?
