From the town of Ava, Missouri you will go east on Highway 76 for about 11 1/2 miles and then go north (left) onto County Road 126. Follow County Road 126 to the north just about 3 miles and then go right onto the easement road that will take you down to the property.
Plan on driving a four wheel drive truck or a suv to this one. Gravel roads (and especially easement roads) can get rough at certain times throughout the year and you may also need the extra clearance that comes with a truck or an suv if the road is rough.
