This tract is subject to the 6 basic restrictions as shown on our website (no mobile homes, etc.). Homes or cabins built on the property must have a minimum concrete foundation size of 600 square feet (a simple 20 X 30 cabin would meet this requirement).

In the photo above we are parked on the private driveway. On the left is the County Road.
To get to Pine Grove from Birch Tree, Missouri go east on Highway 60 for about two miles then go north on County Road 421 (although the sign may say County Road 425). The road curves right and you will immediately go left onto a gravel road (still County Road 421). Now go about one mile, go right at the “T” (still County Road 421) and continue about another mile to Pine Grove. Please note that about 1/2 a mile before you get to Pine Grove you will drive through Turkey Hollow, which is a separate small development in the area. Please do bring your maps as it can be confusing on the first trip.
There will be a sign on the right side (east side) of the road saying “Tract 10” and then “Tract 11”. Look for the private driveway which begins near the southwest corner of the 10 acres.
