This tract measures about 660 feet east to west, about 600 feet north to south on the west side and about 800 feet north to south on the east side. It borders the easement road along its entire south side.
The aerial photo above shows the approximate dimensions of the property. The easement road comes to an end about 1/4 mile west of the property. As you can see on the map above, Crocker Creek runs DIRECTLY across the property.

Here are the directions to the property so that you can check it out: From the four-way stop in Hartville go north for about half a mile then take a right onto Highway “Z”, stay on Highway “Z” for two miles and take a right onto Highway “E”, stay on Highway “E” for about 6 miles then go left on Creek Road. Go about a mile on Creek Road and you will see a blue gate on the left side of the road. This is the beginning of the easement road which will take you to the property. When you visit the property PLEASE print out the maps we have provided as it can be tricky the first time you drive to the property. There are a couple of neighbors in the area with messy yards but everyone we met or talked to was very friendly.
