This topo map shows the layout of the property as well as the approximate boundaries. The property is the highest at the north side with a large “knoll” area there which could potentially be an excellent building site. It slopes down as you move southerly from the “knoll”.
Theere is an EXCELLENT access point to the lake just a couples of miles from the acreage. It is Brown Bend Lake Access and is shown on the map above. It is totally free and there is boat access and a fishing pier.

This map shows the 12 acres which is VERY close to the Lake Of The Ozarks.
This property DOES have legal access via Pine Cove Road as well as another small road BUT we did not see a place on Pine Cove Road where you could pull onto the property. The road frontage on the south side is fairly steep. The road frontage on Pine Cove Road on the northwest side looks level but there is a fence across this road frontage. We did not explore the access off of Roderic Drive into the property.

This area is FULL of deer and wild turkey. On this tract you will find multiple spots that might be suitable for building or camping.
Normally the properties we sell are subject to our 6 basic deed assurances BUT since this area of Camden County does have zoning (because it is so close to the lake) we have not placed any of our restrictions on this property. This property is zoned “R1” (residential).
On the property you can have a site built home or cabin, a modular home or cabin or a mobile home. We saw a large number of camper trailers in the area so they may be permitted as well. The property is zoned “R1” (residential) so please feel free to contact the Camden County Zoning Department with any specific questions about what you can do. We will certainly try to help answer any questions but generally the best information will come right from the county. They also have a good website which can be useful.
To get to the property from Camdenton just go north on Highway 5 for about eight miles. You will cross a large bridge which goes over the Lake Of The Ozarks. Then go west on Highway 7 until you get past the town of Climax Springs. After Climax Springs you will go north on Highway DD, then go east onto Highway FF, then go east onto Pine Cove Road. Follow Pine Cove Road to the property.
