This 2.8 acre property is triangular in shape. It borders the easement road along its entire northwest side for about 700 feet. It measures about 550 feet on its east side and about 450 feet on its south side. This property is all wooded (other than a small strip of open ground by the easement road). There is a small wet weather creek on the southwest side of the property but it only has water in it a few times a year.
The property is only about an hour east of Springfield, Missouri.
PLEASE print out all of the maps before making a trip to the property. From Springfield go east on Highway 60 to the town of Norwood. From Norwood go south on County Road “C” for about 3 miles then take a right onto County Road “YY”. Go a little over 3 miles on “YY” then take a right onto County Road 112 which is a gravel road.
