The property is in an excellent location. About a mile to the north you will find the Brown Bend Public Boat Launch which is a very nice boat launch and fishing pier that is open to the public. Also, you will find multiple marinas and resaurants are within a short drive of the property.
The Property was recently logged (within the last two years) of the larger commercial oak trees. Parts of the property appear to have been logged heavily and parts of the property were not touched at all. It was not clear cut.
