This large tract of land is located in northern Nevada in the foothills of the Eugene Mountains. The property has road access, views, privacy AND it directly borders over 600 acres of public land (Bureau of Land Management, or BLM land) which can be used for hunting and recreation. You will find large herds of mule deer and antelope in the area. Own 40 acres and have use of over 640 acres!

The property is about 20 miles west of Winnemucca.

To get to the property from Winnemucca, Nevada go west on Jungo Road (Highway 49) for about 15 miles. Go south on Pronto Road for about a mile and you will cross the train tracks (this is Pronto Crossing). Continue south about 3 1/2 miles then go west for about 1/2 a mile. Land is on the right (north) side of the road.

At the property! This is a very low traffic road so this is a private and peaceful setting.
The road borders the entire south side of the property. Access may be possible in a car although dirt roads can get slippery when wet so a truck or an suv would be recommended, especially for living on the property or extended camping. The last section of road is not currently on a regular maintenance schedule with the county as there are no permanent residences on the road.
This topo map shows how the property is situated. Each line on the top map indicates a rise of 10 feet so the property is lower on the east side and rises up a total of about 10 feet as you move toward the west side (it is more or less flat with just a very gentle rise).
