43 Acres of prime hunting land in Wright County, Missouri. This parcel is about 10 miles northeast of the town of Hartville, Missouri which is a good small town in the Missouri Ozarks. In the photo above the truck is parked in a clearing at about the middle of the 43 acres.

Deer and turkey hunting are both excellent in the area. This parcel sits at the end of a gravel minimum maintenance road and is accessible with a four wheel drive truck or SUV.
There are several areas on the property which could be excellent sites for camping or building a cabin.
The 43 Acres
The 43 acres has a small cleared area in about the middle which would be suitable for camping or building a cabin. The parcel sits on somewhat of a ridge with the highest point being the cleared area in the center. From there it gradually slopes down towards the north, east and west. There are several spots on the property which may be suitable for a small-medium sized pond. The property was logged about 6-8 years ago and has since grown back with thousands of young trees (mostly oaks). There also are quite a few large trees which were not cut when the parcel was logged.
The property measures about 1/4 mile east to west and slightly over 1/4 mile north to south.
The truck is parked on the private road on the property and we are looking south. The land is on both sides of the road in this photo.
Directions to the property
To get to the property from Hartville View, Missouri, go north though town on Highway 5. Just as you get out of town take a right onto Highway “Z”. Stay on Highway “Z” for about 2 miles then take a right onto Higway “E”. Stay on Highway “E” for about 3 1/2 miles and then go left (north) onto the private gravel easement road which will lead you to the property. You will have to go about 1 1/2 miles on the gravel road to get to the property. The gravel road is a minimum maintenance road. It is generally graded once a year or as necessary so that it is passable with a four wheel drive truck or suv. There is one fairly steep hill and at the base of the hill the road crosses over a small creek bed which usually only has about 2-4 inches of water running through. Please don’t try to get to this 43 acres in a car. Access is by four wheel drive truck or SUV. You won’t get any tourists bothering you when you are camping on this VERY private property! The Private Road dead-ends right on the property so there is virtually no traffic, making for a very peaceful setting.
