The property is located midway between the towns of Willow Springs, Missouri and Mountain View, Missouri. It is about 10 miles from each town. The parcel is a little over an hour east of Springfield which is the largest city in southern Missouri. Branson, Missouri is less than two hours miles from the property.
This tract measures about 1,275′ east to west and about 210′ north to south. It borders County Road 2290 along its entire west side. The land is basically flat on the west side by the county road. It slopes down gently from the middle of the tract to the east side.
