It does have frontage on an easement road BUT the easement road is more of a trail in spots and is not totally drivable with a vehicle (you would need a four wheeler or a side-by-side on parts of it).

From the town of Ava, Missouri you will go east on Highway 76 for about 11 1/2 miles and then go north (left) onto County Road 126. Follow County Road 126 to the north just about 2 miles to the property on the right.
