This aerial map above shows the approximate boundaries of Tract 2 at “The Tracts At Bennett Springs”. The property is about 325 feet north to south, and about 1,400 feet from east to west. This excellent tract borders the private easement road along its entire west side and is just a few feet off of the County Road.
Although this tract would be excellent for hunting, camping and recreation it can also be used for building a home or a cabin. There is power, phone AND a rural water line within about half a mile of the property (a drilled well, cistern or water collection tank would be fine also).

Directions to the property:
From Lebanon, Missouri just go west on Highway 64 for a couple of miles and then go north (right) onto Highway AA. Stay on Highway AA for two miles and then go west (left) onto Highway WW. Go about 3 miles on Highway WW and you will come to the end of the pavement and you will then go right onto Maine Drive which is a gravel road. Now go a little over a mile on Maine Drive and take a right onto the easement road. You will immediately see the property on the left side (east side) of the easement road.
