The property is level on the west side and slopes down as you go east. It is the lowest on the east side.

This area is full of deer and wild turkey. On this tract you will find multiple spots that could be excellent for building or camping.
This tract is subject to the 6 basic restrictions as shown on our website (no mobile homes, etc.). Homes or cabins built on the property must have a minimum concrete foundation size of 600 square feet (a simple 20 X 30 cabin would meet this requirement).
Here are the directions to the property: From Camdenton, Missouri go north on Highway 5 for about eight miles. You will cross a large bridge that goes over part of the Lake Of The Ozarks. After the bridge go about another mile and then go left (west) on Highway 7. Stay on Highway 7 for about eleven miles and then go right (north) onto Highway Z. There is a small gas station/convenience store here which is a good landmark (although it recently closed). Stay on Highway Z for about 2 miles until you see Tract 2 on the right. To get to the east side of the property take a right onto Coffman Bend Drive off of Highway Z. Stay on Coffman Bend Drive for about a quarter of a mile then go right onto Dodds Camp Road, which is gravel. Now go about one tenth (1/10) of a mile and you will see the start of the easement road on the right. Take the easement road down to the east side of the property.
When you visit the property PLEASE print out the maps and directions we have provided as it can be tricky the first time you drive to the property. If you would like us to email you all of the maps and pictures just let us know. Feel free to go check out the property and walk all around. There may be a locked cable at the start of the easement road so please email us or give us a call and we will give you the combination for the lock. Please bear in mind that the easement road is a minimum maintenance road so bring your four wheel drive truck or suv.
