SORRY, THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN SOLD!
This 21 acre tract of land is one of the most special properties we have ever offered. Tract 19 at Fiery Fork Ridge has over 500 feet of DIRECT frontage on the Little Niangua River as well as over 1,500 feet of DIRECT frontage on the Fiery Fork Conservation Area.
In the photo above we are looking easterly over the property with the easement road in the distance and the Little Niangua River on the right.
The east side of Tract 19 borders a very private gravel easement road. There is a small amount of meadow on the east side (just off of the private road). The property slopes down as you head west then it slopes back up again on the west side. The west side of the property has an AMAZING view of the river and also the river valley.
In the aerial photo above we are looking westerly over the property with the Fiery Fork Conservation Area to the right.
The photo above was taken from part of the river frontage at the property. We are looking south (down river) so the land is on the left side of the river. The Little Niangua River is well known for fishing, kayaking, floating and canoeing. It is one of the rivers which form the very popular Lake Of The Ozarks.
This 21 acre tract ALSO offers a rare chance to access a huge amount of public land. Set up your camp, cabin or home on your private acreage and have DIRECT access to over 1,600 additional acres of land in the Fiery Fork Conservation Area. The Conservation Area has miles of trails for hiking and over 1,600 acres for hunting, camping and exploring. There are boat launches in the Conservation Area so you can put in your kayak or canoe and float right down to your property.
The sales price on this amazingly rare 21 acre tract of river front land is $99,500. With a $500 down payment the monthly payments will be $1,050. This is about a 15 year payment schedule and an annual interest rate of 9 3/4%.
With $1,500 down the interest rate drops to 7 3/4% and the monthly payment drops to $925. With $2,500 down the interest rate drops to 6 3/4% and the payment drops to $860 a month. With $5,000 down the interest rate drops to 5 3/4% and the payment drops to $785 a month. These payments are all based on about a 15 year payment schedule. Property taxes and maintenance fees total only about $285 a year and are current. There are no prepayment penalties, no hidden fees and no balloon payments.
PLEASE NOTE that you have a full 12 months to ADD to your down payment in order to reduce your interest rate and payment amount!
Please watch the introduction video below, where we check out the property and surrounding area using our interactive map:
This photo above shows an aerial view of the property (which is Tract 19). This very special property also directly borders the Easement Area which can be used by the owners of the private tracts at Fiery Fork Ridge (outlined in green on the map above). This gives you even more access to the river! This 21 acre property contains timber of all sizes including white oak, red oak, hickory and cedar. Please note that the timber may not be cut or sold until the property has been paid for in full (exceptions can be made in writing for clearing trails/building sites).
There are multiple areas on the property that could be suitable for building, camping or hunting.
Check out our interactive map below!
Please refer to our interactive map above for additional property views and information. Please note that the boundary lines and measurements are approximate. This interactive map is fairly new for us and if you have a chance we would love to have your feedback on it. Is it awesome? Is it great? Is it confusing? We would like to know!
Also, please note that on the interactive map it seems to work best if you click the “View Full Screen” option. Once you are in the “Full Screen” option you can select “Topo” to see a topographic map which does a good job of showing how the property is situated.
The map above shows the basic layout of Fiery Fork Ridge (which was named after the Fiery Fork Conservation Area). Tract 19 is well-located, toward the south side of Fiery Fork Ridge. Tract 19 borders the Conservation Area on almost all of its north side and borders the Easement Area (shown in white on the map above) along most of its south side. There is an additional trail which leads to the Conservation Area toward the north side of Fiery Fork Ridge (between Tracts 5 and 6). Although Tract 19 DOES have direct frontage on the Conservation Area, you are welcome to use the north easement to access the Conservation Area as well.
The property is located about 15 miles west of Camdenton, Missouri. The property is also with about 5 miles of the very popular Lake Of The Ozarks. In fact, the Little Niangua River (which directly borders the property) flows to the south and becomes a part of the Lake Of The Ozarks just a couple of miles downriver from the property. The property is private and secluded (with an amazing amount of wildlife) but is also within driving distance of several nice towns.
To see the east side of the 21 acres please click on the video below.
Much of the river frontage on this property is high up on a bluff (which is what gives it the incredible view) but there is also river frontage that is not on the bluff. To see a video of part of the river frontage on Tract 19 (the part that is not on the bluff) please click on the video below:
To see some of the awesome view from the west side of the 21 acres please click on the video below. This video was taken on the bluff on the west side of the property.

The map above shows the location of the development (Fiery Fork Ridge is shown in pink).
This tract is subject to the 6 basic restrictions as shown on our website (no mobile homes, etc.). Homes or cabins built on the property must have a minimum concrete foundation size of 600 square feet (a simple 20 X 30 cabin would meet this requirement). Because Fiery Fork Ridge is an upscale rural development it has a few more property covenants which you can see by clicking on the link below:

This property has NOT been logged for many years. It has timber of all sizes. Some of the trees are well over 100 years old.
To get to Fiery Fork Ridge from Camdenton, Missouri, go north on Highway 5 for about six miles then go west on Highway 7 for about six miles. Now go left (south) on Highway “J” for about one mile. You will see a large church on the left side of the road, this is where you turn RIGHT onto Red Gate Drive which is a gravel road. Stay on Red Gate Drive for about 1/4 mile. When Red Gate Drive curves to the left, you will veer to the right onto the easement road which serves the properties at Fiery Fork Ridge. PLEASE DO NOT continue on Red Gate Drive, as from this point on it is a farmer’s driveway.
Once you enter Fiery Fork Ridge you will go roughly one mile to Tract 19. Please look for the signs showing the Tract numbers.

When you visit the property PLEASE print out the maps and directions we have provided as it can be tricky on your first trip. Do feel free to go check out the property and walk all around. If you download the free MapRight app we will be happy to email you the link for this property.
The photo above was taken from the west side of the property, looking to the north. The view is absolutely stunning. It is quite a hike to get to top of the bluff on the west side (steep) but the view is worth it. As you may be aware, most properties with frontage on a major have a portion within a flood plain. Although the center part of this property (gravel creek bed) may be within a flood plain the east and west sides are high and dry.
If you want to go and check out the 1,600 acre Fiery Fork Conservation Area just go west on Highway 7 for about three miles (once you pass Highway J) then go left on Grainger Lane. Or, just walk to the north side of Tract 19 and you can go directly into the Conservation Area.
The topographic map above shows how the property is situated. Each line on the map represents a 20 foot change in elevation. The property is basically flat on the very east side then it slopes down a total of about 200 feet as you move toward the center. The map shows a creek running through the center of the property but this appears to be a “wet weather” creek. The property slopes back up as you continue going west which is why it has the AMAZING view on the west side. There appears to be a level area on top of the bluff at the west side of the property which would be an amazing place for a home or cabin (you would have to build a road going up the hillside).
The property has been fully surveyed. The map above shows Tract 19 as well as the river frontage on the west side and the Fiery Fork Conservation Area on the north. The property also borders the private Common Area which is only for the use of the Owners of the Tracts at Fiery Fork Ridge (and their guests). This is actually quite helpful because the road to the common area also helps give you access to the middle part of Tract 19.
If you have been looking for river front land then you already know how rare it is. This is one of VERY few tracts of acreage we have ever seen that has actual river frontage as well as frontage on public land. You can use this land immediately for fishing, hunting, camping and building. This is one of those rare investment opportunities upon which you can create lifelong memories with family and friends.
