The topo map above shows how the land “lays”. It is mostly flat with a slight slope in some areas. The property is basically entirely wooded and you would need to do some clearing to create a building site or a driveway.

Here are the directions to the property so that you can check it out: From the four-way stop in Hartville go north for about half a mile then take a right onto Highway “Z”, stay on Highway “Z” for two miles and take a right onto Highway “E”, stay on Highway “E” for 3.8 miles then go left onto the gravel easement road (which is not marked). Take the gravel easement road to the property. When you visit the property PLEASE print out the maps we have provided as it can certainly be tricky the first time you drive to the property. If you would like us to email you all of the maps and pictures just let us know. Feel free to go check out the property and walk all around.
PLEASE NOTE that the easement road is very rough! It crosses a creek bed and then goes up a fairly long hill. The portion of the easement road that borders the property has quite a few branches which stick out into the road (it hasn’t been mowed/widened for a couple of years) so it is very possible that you could get some scratches on your vehicle! Plan on driving your “farm truck” to this secluded property!
