The photo above is a close-up view of the survey map for Lot 4. The entire north side of the property DIRECTLY borders the Mark Twain National Forest for 280 feet! You can walk or ride from your property directly into the National Forest (if you clear some trails). The south end of the property borders the easement road giving it over 150 feet of road frontage. Lot 4 is 5 acres in size.
Lot 4 is basically level on the south end and slopes down gently as you go north towards the National Forest. There are numerous areas that could make excellent building/camping sites with a little work.
Please click on the photos on the right side of the screen to enlarge them and to get a short description of each photo.
There has been a short trail cleared from the easement road back into the property. At the end of the trail a small site has been cleared which may be useful for camping or building a home or cabin. You are certainly free to build or camp in the dozens of other areas on the property but keep in mind you would need to clear additional trees/stumps/brush in order to make additional building sites and/or trails.
