The photo above is a close-up view of the survey map for Lot 33. The entire west side of the property DIRECTLY borders the Mark Twain National Forest for over 500 feet! You can walk or ride from your property directly into the National Forest. The east end of the property borders the easement road giving it over 220 feet of road frontage. Lot 33 is 5 acres in size.
Lot 33 is level on the east end and stays basically level as you go west towards the National Forest. There are numerous areas that could make excellent building/camping sites with a little work. The east side of the property is basically open. The property becomes more wooded as you go west.

There has been a short trail cleared from the easement road back into the property. At the end of the trail a small site has been cleared which may be useful for camping or building a home or cabin. You are certainly free to build or camp in the dozens of other areas on the property but keep in mind you would need to clear additional trees/stumps/brush in order to make additional building sites.
