Lot 36 is basically flat on the north and east sides and gently rolling on the south and west sides. The long private driveway begins at the easement roads and winds past a grove of trees to the hidden building/camping site. On the aerial you can see the private driveweay as well as the cleared site at the end of the driveway (on the east side of the tract). Just a few hundred feet to the east on the easement road there is a trail which leads directly into the Mark Twain National Forest. Also, although it is not highlighted on the aerial photo) there is another trail about 1/4 mile to the west which leads into the Mark Twain National Forest.

With a $1,500 down payment, monthly payments will be $205.00 (7.75% annual interest). With a $2,500 down payment monthly payments will be $185.00 (6 3/4% annual interest). With a $5,000 down payment monthly payments will be $150.00 (5 3/4% annual interest).
