This property is located in Camden County, Missouri and is about 30 miles northwest of Camdenton which is the county seat. Lake Of The Ozarks offers fantastic fishing, boating and recreational opportunities.
The Property was logged a few years ago of the larger commercial hardwood trees. Parts of the property appear to have been logged heavily and parts of the property were not touched at all. It was not clear cut. Sometimes we spend a few weeks and clean up a property that has been logged but since we have quite a few projects right now we have decided so leave this property as it is and sell it at a reduced price. You could certainly clean up the property by yourself but years of experience has shown us that after just a few years the limbs left from the loggers will rot away, the remaining trees will grow quickly and the property will look excellent.

This topo map shows the terrain on the property. It seems to be highest on the west side by Pine Cove Drive and Cliff House Drive. There are numerous spots where you can pull of the the paved roads and onto the property. It slopes down toward the center which is what gives it the lake views. The topo map above seems to indicate that there may be a spring coming out of the hillside toward the middle of the property but we have not explored the acreage to find out.

The property is centrally located and is within driving distance of multiple cities and towns. The closest small town is probably Climax Springs which is about 10 miles to the south of the property. To get to the property from Camdenton take Highway 5 north for about 8 miles then go west onto Highway 7. Stay on Highway 7 for about 15 miles and pass through the town of Climax Springs. Go about 2-3 miles PAST Climax Springs then go north onto Highway DD. Stay on Highway DD for about 2-3 miles then go east onto Highway FF. Go 1-2 miles then go east onto Pine Cove Drive. Stay on Pine Cove Drive for about a mile and then you will see Cliff House Drive going off to the right. Whether you stay on Pine Cove Drive or turn onto CLiff House drive you will see the property in a few hundred feet. On Pine Cove Drive it will be on the right and on Cliff House Drive it will be on the left.
