The topo map shows Tract 1 at Pine Grove which borders the Mark Twain National Forest for over 275 feet along its east side. The property measures about 800 feet east to west and is basically rectangular in shape.

The property has a level area on its west side, by the county road. It rises up (fairly steeply) as you go toward the east. It levels off on the east side giving you a large flat area right on the National Forest which could make an excellent spot for building, camping or hunting for deer and turkey.

Map showing the location of the property within the Ozarks. Excellent location, under 2 hours to Springfield, MO and Branson, MO. Also only about half a day’s drive to Kansas City and even closer to St. Louis.

Trees on the property.

To get to Pine Grove from Birch Tree, Missouri go east on Highway 60 for about two and a half miles then go north on County Road 421. The road curves right and you will immediately go left onto a gravel road (still County Road 421). Now go about one mile, go right at the “T” (still County Road 421) and continue about another 1 1/2 mile to Tract 1 at Pine Grove which will be on the right side of the road. You will pass through another small development we did a few months ago before you get to Pine Grove but it you print the maps and directions you should be able to drive right to the property.
