PLEASE NOTE: The pictures and videos in this listing page were taken a couple of years ago, before the property had been leased out. The property has paved road frontage along its east side which is “Old Highway 60”. It also borders a gravel easement road along its southwest side. From Highway 60 between Willow Springs and Mountain Grove you go north on “Old Highway 60” to get to the property.

This area is full of deer and wild turkeys. The cleared area would be the easiest place to build a cabin or to camp but there are numerous other locations on the property that could be excellent building or camping sites.
To get to the property from Mountain View, Missouri just go west on Highway 60 for about 7 miles then go right (north) onto “Old Highway 60”. Old Highway 60 is not marked but there will be several mailboxes where you turn north. Go about 1/4 mile and you will see the property on the left side of the road paved road (take a left onto the gravel easement road to get into the property).
