This aerial map above shows Tract 12 at Wild Turkey Hollow which borders County Road 421 for about 385 feet along its east side. The property measures about 1,000 feet east to west and is basically rectangular in shape. The red and white dotted line is the boundary of Wild Turkey Hollow which is a very small development of only about 20 tracts.
As you watch the videos you will notice that years ago someone has dumped/left quite a bit of trash on the east side of the property. This is certainly not uncommon. What we normally do is have our guys spend a day or two with a skidloader to clean up old debris in cases like this. County Road 452 curves right and then you IMMEDIATELY go left onto a gravel road, which is County Road 421. Go 1 1/4 miles to the “T” in the road. Go right at the “T” and go another 3/4 of a mile and you will come down to the bottom of a small hill. You have just entered the south side of Wild Turkey Hollow! You will see Tract 12 on the left side (west side) of the road.
