It is basically level on the west side by the county road with at least one spot where you can pull a truck onto the property. It begins to gradually slope up as you head east toward the National Forest.

This property is private and secluded (with an amazing amount of wildlife) but is also within driving distance of several nice towns. Birch Tree, Winona and Mountain View, Missouri are all within about 20 minutes of the property (Mountain View has the all-important Wal-Mart).

Map showing the location of the property within the Ozarks. Excellent location, under two hours to Springfield, MO and Branson, MO. Also only about half a day’s drive to Kansas City and even closer to St. Louis.

From the town of Birch Tree (on Highway 60 where County Road FF crosses the highway) go east exactly 2.4 mies and then you go north (left) onto County Road 452. County Road 452 curves right and then you IMMEDIATELY go left onto the gravel road. Now go 1 1/4 miles to the “T” in the road, go right at the “T” and go another 3/4 of a mile and you will come down to the bottom of a small hill. You have just entered the south side of Wild Turkey Hollow! You will see Tract 8 after about 1/4 mile, on the right side of the road.
