From the town of Ava, Missouri you will go east on Highway 76 for about 11 1/2 miles and then go north (left) onto County Road 126. Follow County Road 126 to the north just about 3 miles and then go right onto the easement road that will take you down to the property.
Plan on driving a truck or an suv to this one. Gravel roads (and especially easement roads) can get rough at certain times throughout the year and you may also need the extra clearance that comes with a truck or an suv if the road is rough.
