This tract is subject to the 6 basic restrictions as shown on our website (no mobile homes, etc.). Homes or cabins built on the property must have a minimum concrete foundation size of 600 square feet (a simple 20 X 30 cabin would meet this requirement). Portable buildings are permitted for camping and storage but not for a permanent residence (unless they are at least 600 square feet and permanently attached to a 600 square foot foundation).

Close-up aerial map of the property. It is about 255 feet north to south and about 1,800 feet east to west. The property does have a recent survey and it is 10.876 acres in size. You will find the pine trees on the east side of the property. They start about 100 feet back from the road. The timber can not be cut or sold until the property has been paid for in full, except that we can give written permission for you to cut trees to clear a building site, driveway or trails.
To get to Whitetail Crossing from Mountain View, Missouri just go south out of town on Highway 17 for about 3 1/2 miles then go west onto County Road 2800. Go about 2 miles and when County Road 2800 takes a sharp turn to the right (north) you will go left (south) onto the private road that serves Whitetail Crossing. Go a couple hundred feet and you will see the property on the right side (west side) of the easement road.
This area is WELL KNOWN for large deer. The photo above is a recent buck scrape on a cedar tree on the 10 acres. You will definitely see large deer as well as turkey on the property.

Pine trees on the east side of the property. There are hundreds of pine trees in the 6-10 inch diameter size and a number of larger pines which are over 12 inches in diameter.
