The photo above is a close-up view of the aerial map for Lot 42. The entire north side of the property borders the easement area which includes the lake so you can walk DIRECTLY from the property to the lake and trail around the lake. The entire south end of the property borders the easement road. There is a walking/atv trail which starts at the cleared site on the property and goes north toward the easement area/lake. Lot 42 is 5.0 acres in size. There is also a trail to the northwest of the property which takes you into the Mark Twain National Forest. The National Forest provides you with 1,000’s of acres which can be used for hunting and recreation.

Lot 42 is basically flat on the south side and slopes down gently as you head north. The private driveway begins at the easement road and goes north about 100 feet to the cleared camping/building site. You are free to build/camp in the cleared site or create your own site(s) in numerous different spots on the property.

The above photo was taken at the end of the private atv/walking trail which ends on the north side of the property. Please note that all of the photos we have of the property were taken in about May of 2012, just after the site and trail were cleared. The property should actually be looking quite nice this spring as there will have been time for the grass to grow on the freshly seeded site and trail.

With a $1,500 down payment monthly payments will be $170.00 (7 3/4% annual interest). With a $2,500 down payment monthly payments will be $150.00 (6 3/4% annual interest). With a $5,000 down payment monthly payments will be $120.00 (5 3/4% annual interest).
Please Note that even if you choose to make the minimum down payment of $500 you will have a FULL SIX MONTHS to add to your down payment in order to reduce your interest rate and monthly payment.
