The property is basically level by the driveway and begins to slope down as you head to the east toward the lake. The private driveway begins at the easement road and goes east about 200 feet to the cleared camping/building site. You can build/camp in the cleared site or create your own site(s) in numerous different spots on the property.

Only about 90 minutes east of Springfield which is the largest city in southern Missouri.
The closest Wal-Mart is probably in Mountain View, Missouri which is about 20 minutes west of the property. Hey, a lot of people want to know that!!
