Below you will see a sample of our four page purchase agreement. This simple document outlines the important variables of the sale including price, payments, names of buyer(s) and seller, legal description of property, etc.
Upon making your down payment this purchase agreement will be Express Mailed to you so that you may sign it and return it to us. After 12 months of on-time payments the main paperwork packet (which includes the Deed of Trust, Promissory Note, etc.) will be mailed to you.
