The property has 100 feet of frontage on Katy Lane on its southeast side and there is a private driveway which leads to the north and ends at the small cleared site. Power and phone are on Katy Lane so they are very close to the property. There is also a powerline easement which runs across the west part of the property but this appears to be a main line so you probably could not hook into it.

There are multiple areas on the property that would be suitable for building, camping or hunting. This property was logged a couple of years ago but it was only select cut so there are still many large trees all over the property. The ground on the property ranges from flat to sloping. We do not believe that there are any areas on the property that would be considered “steep” so it appears to all be usable ground.

The property is located about 15 miles north of Lebanon, Missouri and about 20 miles south of Camdenton, Missouri. This map shows the location of the property relative to the tiny town of Eldridge, Missouri. Eldridge seems to be basically just a gas station/convenience store but Lebanon and Camdenton are both within about 20 minutes.
This tract is subject to the 6 basic restrictions as shown on our website (no mobile homes, etc.). Homes or cabins built on the property must have a minimum concrete foundation size of 600 square feet (a simple 20 X 30 cabin would meet this requirement). Portable buildings are permitted for camping and storage but not for a permanent residence (unless permanently attached to a 600 square foot foundation).

In this photo we are pulling out of the small private site and back onto the driveway. Although you can drive to the property in any type of vehicle, in order to pull onto the property and to drive back to the cleared site you would want a truck or an suv. In order to pull onto the property (off of Katy Lane) in a car you would need to smooth out the entrance a little bit.
To get to the 21 acres from Lebanon, Missouri just go north out of town on Highway 5. Go about 7 1/2 miles and then go west (left) onto Highway E. You will stay on Highway E for a total of about 5 miles. It winds through the town of Eldridge. After you have been on Highway E for about 5 miles you will take a left onto Katy Lane which is a gravel road. Go about 1/4 mile on Katy Lane and you will see the property on the right side of the road. The driveway is on the right just after the mobile home.
