This tract measures about 400 feet east to west on the south side and about 875 feet north to south on the west side. The property borders a tiny creek along its entire north side and the gravel easement road along its entire south side. The property is only about 1/4 of a mile off of a paved road giving it good access throughout the year.

The property is basically flat along the county road (which is not shown on the topo map) and it slopes down as you move north toward the creek. The property has a very pretty “meadow” area on its south side. Other than the meadow area, power line, driveway and building site this property is all wooded. This is a very usable property with loads of potential!

The area is known for its wildlife, especially deer and turkey. The popular Gasconade River is less than five miles away (just go east on Highway E). Build a little cabin and you’ve got your own hunting and fishing retreat!
Here are the directions to the property so that you can check it out: From the four-way stop in Hartville, go north for about half a mile then take a right onto Highway “Z”, stay on Highway “Z” for two miles and take a right onto Highway “E”, stay on Highway “E” for 3.8 miles then go left onto the gravel easement road (which is not marked). Take the gravel easement road for about 1/4 mile and then go left at the “Y” and you will see the land on the right.
