The winter-time aerial map above shows the layout of property. It has about 320 feet of frontage on the county road and has about 730 feet of frontage on the creek bed. It measures about 705 feet along its east side and about 1,105 feet along its west side.
Feel free to check out the property at any time (as long as it is still available). From the town of Ava, Missouri you will go east on Highway 76 for about 11 1/2 miles and then go north (left) onto County Road 126. Follow County Road 126 to the north just about 3 miles to the property on the right.
As we mention in the videos, there has not yet been a driveway opened up into this property so you will porbably have to park off to the side of the county road in order to explore the acreage. This is a good opportunity for you to save some money by clearing your own driveway into the property (we have reduced the purchase price since we did not have time to clear a driveway).

This tract has numerous potential sites for building, camping and hunting. In the photo above we are parked under the powerline at the north side of the property. The drove is facing south and you can see a little bit of the County Road in the lower right corner of the picture.
