The west portion of this property (where it borders the road) is open pasture and the east and north part of the property is covered with nice timber. Please note that the timber may not be cut until the property has been paid for in full.

This area is full of deer and wild turkeys. On this tract you will find multiple spots that could be excellent for building or camping.
To get to the property from Springfield just go east on Highway 60 for about 40 miles. The take the exit for Macomb and go south. You will immediately come to a 4-way stop. Go straight at the 4-way stop. You are now on Highway “K”. Stay on Highway “K” for about 1 1/2 miles until it ends, then take a left and go over the railroad tracks. You are now on Hart Road. Stay on Hart Road for about 1/4 mile then go left onto Cottengim Road. Stay on Cottengim Road for about half a mile and then you will make a sharp right turn and you will now be on Hall Road. Stay on Hall Road for about 1 1/2 miles and you will see the property on the left side of the road.
