As you can see in the video, the previous owner has left several stacks of concrete blocks on the property. We have tried to contact him to see if he wants the blocks but he has not yet answered us. If he doesn’t come and get the blocks they are yours (if you want them, otherwise we will haul them away).

This area is full of deer and wild turkeys. The cleared area would be the easiest place to build a cabin or to set up a camper but there are numerous other locations on the property that would be excellent building or camping sites.
To get to the property from West Plains, Missouri just go west on Highway 160 for about 25 miles then go right (north) onto County Road 342 which is a gravel road. Stay on County Road 342 for about 1 mile then go right onto County Road 345. No go a little over 1/4 mile and you will see the land on the left side of the road.
