Also, if you build a cabin or home on the property it must have a concrete foundation no less than 600 square feet in size. A simple 20 X 30 foot cabin will meet this requirement as long as it is on a concrete foundation (slab, stem wall or basement).

This little trail starts at the edge of the cleared site (at the south side of the property) and goes to the north down a little hill.
This area is full of deer and wild turkeys. The cleared area would be the easiest place to build a cabin or to set up a camper but there are numerous other locations on the property that could be excellent building or camping sites.
In the photo above you can see part of the old truck camper that was left on the property. It is in bad shape and is probably not usable for much of anything.
To get to the property from Willow Springs, Missouri just take Highway 137 to the north for about 5 miles then go left (west) onto Freedom Road which is a gravel road. Now go about 1 1/2 miles and the land os on the right side (north side) of Freedom Road.
