In the winter photo above you can part of the pond on the property. The timber around the pond looks very good. In fact, near the southeast side of the pond you will find an ENORMOUS oak trees that is about 50 inches in diameter!

From the town of Ava, Missouri you will go east on Highway 76 for about 11 1/2 miles and then go north (left) onto County Road 126. Follow County Road 126 to the north for a little over 3 miles. The road will curve left and then go down a hill. When you get to the bottom of the hill you will be looking at the property with the easement road on the left.
