In the middle of the property you will find a gravel creek bed. The property then slopes up as you move south from the creek bed. From the town of Ava, Missouri you will go east on Highway 76 for about 11 1/2 miles and then go north (left) onto County Road 126. Follow County Road 126 to the north for several miles and when you come to the “T” in the road take a left and begin to go down the hill. Before you get to the bottom of the hill you will see the land on the right side of the road. When you see the powerline crossing the road you will know that you are there.
