Pictured above is the very cool waterfall and creek we found at the west side of the 6.3 acres. There is actually an enormous boulder that has fallen into the creek bed at some point (probably hundreds of years ago) which is blocking some of the view of the waterfall.

The photo above was taken near the southwest corner of the property. Over many thousands of years the water has carved dozens of “layers” into the flat rock along the bottom of the creek bed. This is a “seasonal” or “wet-weather” creek which runs at various times throughout the year. The west boundary line of the property would be the center of the little creek bed.

It borders the private easement road along its entire east and south sides and it borders the center of the creek bed along its entire west side. The property is the highest on the northeast side by the easement road. It slopes down gradually as you move to the south and the west. The southwest edge of the property drops down as you get to the creek bed. There are numerous potential sites for camping or building. There are also several spots with the potential for excellent views.

From the town of Ava, Missouri you will go east on Highway 76 for about 11 1/2 miles and then go north (left) onto County Road 126. Follow County Road 126 to the north for about 3 miles and then take a right onto the easement road that leads to the property.
Plan on driving a truck or an suv to this one. Gravel roads can get rough at certain times throughout the year and you may need the extra clearance that comes with a truck or an suv if the road is rough.
