Excellent tract at Cedar Gap Hollow South which is located at the south end of Cedar Gap Hollow. Good access and numerous potential sites for building, camping and hunting on this property! This tract is one of the closest tracts to the entrance at Cedar Gap Hollow, making for easier access to the paved road and to Highway 60.
Well-located acreage not too far from Springfield, Missouri but still VERY private and rural. This acreage is located in a small Rural Development called “Cedar Gap Hollow” which is located within 3 miles of the popular “Cedar Gap Conservation Area” and only about 35 miles from Springfield, MO.
“Cedar Gap Hollow” is one of our “Homesteader Friendly Rural Developments”. This simply means that the standard Property Covenant requiring a minimum 600 square foot concrete foundation for a residence does NOT apply to the tracts at “Cedar Gap Hollow”. If you have been waiting for a property for your “tiny home” or for your “shipping container home” then you may have finally found what you are looking for!
PLEASE NOTE: “Cedar Gap Hollow” is a new Rural Development and we are currently in the process of having the easement road system smoothed out and widened. When you visit Cedar Gap Hollow please use caution and bring your four wheel drive (if possible).
In the aerial photo above we are looking westerly over the property.
The “winter time” aerial photo above was taken looking southerly at the property. The truck is parked toward the east side and off to the left you can see the little creek beds.
