This surveyed tract is 5.144 Acres in size and it can be found on the far west side of Cedar Gap Hollow. The entire east side of the property borders the gravel easement road for about 1,500 feet.
The aerial photo/map above shows how this property is situated. The property borders the easement road along its entire east side but it currently has no driveway which would lead off of the easement road and into the property. On the map above we have marked two potential locations which may be good areas for a driveway/site on the property. These sites would be beyond the setback distance from the easement road if they were created as is shown on the map. Because this tract has a large amount of road frontage it offers you many different options when you create a driveway into the property – but because there is a setback distance of 100 feet from the easement road there is less “buildable” area on this property than on some of the other tracts at Cedar Gap Hollow. DIRECTIONS: To get to the property from Springfield, Missouri just go east on Highway 60 from about 30 miles to the town of Seymour. Now continue heading east on Highway 60 for about 5 miles and look for the road going north off of Highway 60 which is called “Connector Road”. As a landmark, you will see Highway O going south and this is where you will go NORTH onto the “Connector Road”. Go north for about 1/8 of a mile on the “Connector Road” and then the gravel easement road will begin (keep going straight off of Connector Road). As soon as you are on the gravel easement road you will see a couple of small homes on the left side of the road, as soon as you pass these homes you will be within Cedar Gap Hollow. Now proceed along the gravel easement roads to the property.
