Because we’ve got several NEW tracts this week, we’ve decided to list them by “category” (below).
First, we’ve got a couple of exciting tracts in the “Outcast Land” category of the website. These are also called “Hunters Only” tracts, because the tracts in this category are designed for hunting and recreation. But they also CAN be used for building a residence after they have been paid for in full.

Next we have the newly available “HOMESTEADER FRIENDLY” tracts. These tracts were designed for folks who may want to “homestead” by living in a non-traditional structure. Tiny homes, portable cabins, and even newer RV’s/Campers are just fine for a residence on the tracts in this category.

And for what are possibly the MOST EXCITING new properties, we’ve got a couple of NEWLY AVAILABLE tracts in our “Classic” Category. Tracts in this category have the same basic Property Covenants that we have been using for over 20 years and are a good choice for the majority of our buyers. They are suitable for hunting and camping and they can be built upon immediately (if you choose to do so). If you build a residence it must be at least 600 square feet and be on a concrete foundation. You CAN build a residence on the tracts in this category without waiting to have the tract paid for in full.
