County Road 250 borders the north and east sides of the property and a private easement road borders the south and west sides. The private easement road is a minimum maintenance road so it may be very rough but the County Road is in great shape.

The sales price on this 14.7 acre tract is $34,500. With $500 down the monthly payments will be $365. This is about a 15 year payment schedule and an annual interest rate of 9 3/4%. The topo map above shows how the property is situated. It is the highest on its northeast corner and slopes down as you move south and west. The topo map shows that there is a small creek-bed which crosses over the property. This would be a “wet-weather” creek that would probably only be flowing after it has rained.

The property is an excellent area for wildlife, including deer and turkey. Excellent privacy but still close to several towns.

Feel free to make the trip to check out the property. From Mountain Grove, Missouri go south on Highway 95 for about 20 miles to Highway 14. Go east on Highway 14 for about 8 miles to County Road 250 which goes north off of Highway 14 and will take you to the property.
