This acreage is located between two nice towns in the Missouri Ozarks. Mountain View, Missouri is about 7 miles to the east and Willow Springs, Missouri is about 7 miles to the west. The property is also only about 2 mile south of Sims Valley Lake which is well known for great fishing. The property is about 1/2 a mile north of Highway 60. The property does have paved road frontage on its west side (On Highway RA) but the access to the property is via a gravel easement road which comes in from the east.

From Highway 60 you go north on “Old Highway 60” and then go west on the easement road which leads to the north end of the property.

These videos were actually taken a couple of years ago. The easement road has since grown some grass and looks quite nice. The site on the property itself has also grown some grass and looks very good.
This tract is subject to the 6 basic restrictions as shown on our website (no mobile homes, etc.). Also, if you build a cabin or home on the property it must have a concrete foundation no less than 600 square feet in size. A simple 20 X 30 foot cabin will meet this requirement as long as it is on a concrete foundation (slab, stem wall or basement).

This area is full of deer and wild turkeys. The cleared area would be the easiest place to build a cabin or to set up a camper but there are numerous other locations on the property that would be excellent building or camping sites.
To get to the property from Mountain View, Missouri just go west on Highway 60 for about 7 miles then go right (north) onto “Old Highway 60”. Old Highway 60 is not marked but there will be 2-3 mailboxes where you turn. Go about 1/4 mile and then go left (west) onto the gravel easement road. Now go about 1/4 mile to the property on the left.
