The sales price on this 5.368 acres is $44,500. With your $1,500 down payment you will automatically get our reduced annual interest rate of 7 3/4% and the monthly payments will be $414.75. 

With $2,500 down the interest rate drops to 6 3/4% and the payment drops to $381.67 a month. With $5,000 down the interest rate drops to 5 3/4% and the payment drops to $338.02 a month. These payments are all based on about a 15 year payment schedule.

Property taxes are only about $120 a year and are already included in the monthly payment. There are NO hidden fees and NO prepayment penalties.

Much of the west side of the property is very steep coming off of the county road BUT there is a section at the southwest side of the property where it is level enough to drive onto the west side of the property. From this small level area, the property rises up as you move toward the National Forest.

The topo map above shows the “lay of the land”. It rises up steeply along most of the road frontage but we did find a nice location at the southwest corner of the property that may be an excellent spot for making a driveway or trail into the property. It rises up as you go east and then it levels out in the center where you will find a very large level area. As you continue going east from the center the property slopes down (fairly gradually) as you come to the National Forest.
