This tract is subject to the 6 basic restrictions as shown on our website (no mobile homes, etc.). Homes or cabins built on the property must have a minimum concrete foundation size of 600 square feet (a simple 20 X 30 cabin would meet this requirement). Portable buildings are permitted for camping and storage but not for a permanent residence (unless they are at least 600 square feet and permanently attached to a 600 square foot foundation).

Close-up aerial map of the property. It is about 560 feet north to south, about 720 feet east to west on the north side and about 820 feet east to west on the south side. The property does have a recent survey and is 10 acres in size. The timber on the property can not be cut or sold until the property has been paid for in full, except that we can give written permission for you to cut trees to clear a building site, driveway or trails.
To get to Whitetail Crossing from Mountain View, Missouri just go south out of town on Highway 17 for about 3 1/2 miles then go west onto County Road 2800. Go about 2 miles and when County Road 2800 takes a sharp turn to the right (north) you will go left (south) onto the private road that serves Whitetail Crossing. Please keep in mind that since we just recently got these properties the private road has not yet been graded and cleaned up.
